July 30, Bridgetown: West Indies stunned India in the second ODI on Saturday by winning the match comfortably by six wickets, as skipper Shai Hope hits a match winning 63*.

West Indies were able to stage a comeback in the 3-match ODI series after losing the first match.

India were reduced to a paltry total of 181 runs in 40.5 overs. Only opening batter Ishan Kishan made some impact with yet another half century on the tour of West Indies. Kishan made run-a-ball 55 while Surya Kumar Yadav failed yet again and made only 24.

Shubman Gill’s struggle continued unabated as he too could score only 34.

Skipper Hardik Pandya, all-rounder Jadeja, Sanju Samson and Axar Patel all failed to contribute to the team cause.

For West Indies, Romario Shepherd and Gudakesh Motie bowled well to take six wickets between them. Both took three wickets, each.
